In my opinion: Among the countless memorable statements on WILTY, Danny Dyer's description of a lackluster zoo sits near the top (at 12:03) "...you see a couple of rabbits and a moody giraffe. You know what I mean?"
This is my favorite WILTY episode. Everyone is very different from each other but equally great in this episode. I think my favorite part is that Joe Lycett describes ASMR but none of the other panelists had heard of it. This is why the best episodes of this show have panelists with diverse backgrounds.
I was thinking the same exact thing. This is such a lovely lineup, I wish they all were regulars. Pop in a bob every now and again along with all the other lovely guests of course. This group is just perfect together.
The gift wrapping UA-camr is completely plausible. There are so many weird relaxing ASMR videos out there. I can completely see a gift wrapping channel like this being real.
Not just as ASMR. There's an art to elegant, beautifully wrapped gifts! Especially seeing it done slowly, step by step, it's so simple--which makes the perfect result all the more impressive! It's fascinating, without being stimulating. Ideal for winding down.
what's all the more hilarious here is what little context they give for Joe's story. In that I bet you anything that David is under the impression that Charlotte is a woman who just so happened to have a bunch of presents to wraps as gifts for friends, and put herself online doing it, and this is what Joe watched. As opposed to, what I'm assuming is basically part of the "ASMR community" on youtube. Where these tasks aren't really being done for a practical, real world purpose (thus it being "normal" to take 30 minutes to wrap one gift), more just the audio or visual benefit of the actual physical performing of them for the at-home viewer. I don't really fully get the whole endeavor myself, but I'm plenty aware of it being a thing.
I am FASCINATED by this Charlotte woman who for some reason didn't immediately assume that Joe wanted to kill her and in fact agreed to go on TV with him
I thought Moira’s KitKat/potato was unlikely, but miiiight have been possible until she said it went back in the oven for 10 minutes after adding the KitKat on top. You would just have a potato sitting in a puddle of chocolate.
Had to Google, Jacket Potato! It's a slower, lower temperature baking process. You don't poke holes in the skin. You slice a cross on the potato. Bake in a oven at 400f for 2 hours It makes for a more crisp outer layer.
I quit the Girl Scouts after one day because, at my local chapter at least, there was no attention to survival skills. Just stereotypically "feminine" crafts and such. All I know about the Boy Scouts is homophobia and pedophilia. I would probably have preferred the Woodcraft Folk.
@@AuDHDarling In the USA, girl scouts are basically just adorable unpaid salespeople for overpriced mediocre cookies. Boy Scouts is mostly homophobia and pedophilia though.
It is a matter of taste but I think the comedian must have a pleasant or kind voice, a voice with some amount of affection for the audience. JON Richardson does not have it , has a very selfish voice and manner, not entertaining at all, no affection in it.

@@sarahfaith6531 Definitely the funniest episode and such a great group.
This is my favourite thing to watch, love Rob 💗
Wish they were all regulars! Fantastic episode 🌷
This is one of my favorite episodes. It's such an odd bunch and everyone was having fun. Lot of callbacks too.
I'm in stitches. Definitely one of the best.
One of the best episodes 😂😂😂

Have we located a channel like that?

16:20 I've genuinely had a panic attack my kids are late for school!
OOh! this hits home deep!
I've had that experience!

Moira Stuart was so believable with her stories!!

I love Jon, for some reason!

I wondered too, thank you.
I stumbled into this and I find it so crazy and funny, very funny! 😂😂I feel my tummy aches from laughing.
Charlotte is such a sweetheart in RL.
Moira Stuart’s recipe should sound delicious to every American who’s ever dipped their fries in their Wendy’s Frosty.

Cheers for uploading
Woodcraft Folk is a real thing in Britain. It’s a sort of leftist/hippieish version of Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts.

@@AuDHDarling The same goes for me. I quit Boy Scouts after one day because it was so militaristic.
