I too couldn't get it to connect, smells are too strong and find setting intervals very frustrating too. I too, would rather use my essentials oils. Thank you for your review. Erin, some advice about internet products in general. I'd check out if your test location has interference issues for wifi in the 2.4Ghz range (non-5g). If you have more than 8-11+ signals you have interference. A large majority of devices (even expensive models) will only support 2.4. What you describe is exactly the behavior of a location that has interference and you can fault it for not having 5g but not that it 'just didn't work'.

Nice review by the reviewer. To the maker of the product: What a waste of plastic, seriously! First we had single serve K-cups for coffee now we have single pod capsules for scents?!? More plastic for the landfills and the oceans! Oh but wait the company says these capsules are eco friendly......what?! They're made of plastic and have metal inserts in the bottom of them. Last I checked this wasn't a biodegradable combination of materials.
