Finally someone appreciate jumps! thank you! I believe people don't think of them as something hard as they are used to watch dancers' jumps (which of course are beautiful and difficul too), specially people 'outside' of the RG community. What I mean is that most of these gymnasts take the flexibility and strength to another level, the arch back, the oversplits, leg touching the head AND the handling, throwing and catching the apparatus in between. Such a difficult thing to do, the movements must be very precise. Also, they land so gracefully that they make it look so easy, like they are floating... Definitely jumps should be more apreciatted. love ur content btw~ sorry if there's any mistakes, my first language is spanish, greetings from Colombia~~
Im a black belt in taekwondo, reached that level at 14 yo and by 15 I quit forever and went to play different sports. Almost 15 years later I started to stretch the legs again, not anymore into fighting, just wanna get the flexibility again, I cant fully open legs from standing up to open legs on the floor yet but Im quite close again, I will give it some time, I dont wanna break anything lel, but feeling amazing.
@@crybaby-bd9xg I know, when I was doing taekwondo I was doing it only 3 days at week and I was like a gymnast, of course I was super young, now its quite different, but I still have some muscular memory, you just dont forget how to do it, but consistently and motivation to do it alone in home its not easy, and I dont wanna go back to the gym cause of covid and time. Happy new year, crybaby 🤗

Flexibility takes time so practice and stretch consistently and you will get to your goal! :)
