EARTHQUAKE ALARM WORKING MODEL | PRITHA GAYEN .

Hello everyone!
I am Pritha Gayen of Class - X of Jyotirmoy Public School. I have prepared an Earthquake alarm working model which is a very interesting and simple device for detecting earthquakes. It has a copper wire which hangs from the cardboard structure with a steel nut at its end. As a result, whenever there is any disturbance the copper wire attached with the nut starts oscillating. When the copper wire touches the ring of the safety pin within which it is enclosed, the circuit is completed and electricity from the battery flows to the buzzer which produces a sharp and loud noise to make people aware of the earthquake. This is how the earthquake alarm model is able to detect and alert the people about earthquakes.
The earthquake alarm working model is made for the benefit of human beings. It alerts people as soon as it detects any disturbance (earthquake) so that people are able to take immediate actions to protect themselves from this deadly and unpredictable natural calamity.
