Looks like a great game, congrats to Bill.
Good review of the game 'guys.' However.... I think Walt had a major advantage playing the French in the 2nd game due to Kevin learning 'the hard way' in the first game! Ha!

If you ever have the chance, you should visit the Fortress of Louisbourg. It is a National Historic site in Nova Scotia Canada, on Cape Breton Island. The fortress is partially reconstructed, and is a "living history museum" during the summer.

Louisbourg was taken twice, once during the War of the Austrian Succession (it was returned to France during the treaty that ended that war) and the second time during the Seven Years' War, after which it was thoroughly slighted by the British.
Historically, it was taken by a seaborne British invasion force. They landed across the bay from the fort, took out the battery there, then went overland and took the fortress from the landside.
