Beautiful! You sir are an artist. Your ambush chamber was a bit small for my taste... I would not have been able to coordinate nearly as well as you did in there.
Thank you! :) It is a little difficult to time the ambush right so you can catch and surround the adult beetles so they spray less of your ants. After a little experimentation, I find it best to rally ants behind where you want them, then rush forwards to meet the enemy.
So I solved 1.2 on my todays first try and now gonna have my first try on this 1.1 challenge. After playing the whole content on easy i cant wait to see 2.1 and 2.2 on insane
I wouldn't agree with how small the ambush was i would do something a lot bigger so you could surround the enemy. The small ambush buts your ants right in a small area where the spray can affect all of them allowing them to push up little by little.
I also saw it as counter intuitive. Small corridors are usually beneficial for those with low numbers but high strength. Think of it as the bugs being Spartans and the ants being the Persians from the story of the 300. All the bugs are doing dmg at all time in the fight but only half of the ants can get close enough, prolonging the fights and killing more ants

Well, ive done this on first try, and now i will go for 1.2 challenge. ill guess that will need some effort.

How are u keeping so much food in the end in the hard mode food is disappearing quickly and nothing is left for the last attack
