- Fixing Falcon Kitbash! In this episode John briefly reviews the GI Joe Classified Series Falcon and shows several ways to “fix” that ugly mug Hasbro gave our main man Falcon. John demonstrates easy ways to upgrade the gear and explains how to get Marvel Legends heads to fit onto GI Joe Classified bodies. same here...by far the best option in my opinion
That Icarus head sculpt’s skin tone is noticeably different. I am one of the few who doesn’t mind that head sculpt, we don’t all get to be attractive. Ugly dudes need love too.
You're not wrong. The skin tone is off... It would certainly be easier to match the neck and arms VS try and re-paint the head.
The Classifed Falcon head sculp reminds me of Billy Bob Thorton's character Karl in the movie Slingblade. Great vid on the different head sculps to use. Thx dude.

Any of you that have been in the game for a bit, Falcons headsculpt reminds me of the original 1/6 scale Ultimate Soldier basic figure😄😄
Not sure why this popped up in my feed, but I'm glad I saw it. Definitely going to order the barbells and hunt down a Winter Soldier figure. That goofy head sculpt has always bugged me.

They definately need Butt packs/Kidney pouches for the rear of the webbing. I really think the Winter Soldier headsculpt is one of the best.

I’ve been saying the head sculpt looks like “Crispin Glover’s love child” but seriously, I bought only one of this one so far and definitely want to change that head sculpt! I have an extra “old man version Outback” so I could go that route.

you will need to get the 7.4 mm barbell or alter the existing one to get the Outback head to fit. I'm generally not inclined / brave enough to permanently alter my figures (other than minor cosmetics or painting) which is why I created the replacement barbell.
Marvel legends Jigsaw head is on one my 12 Falons. Both Kamakura heads, Clutch, Breaker, Buzzer, oh So many options to fix Falcon.
Yeah it's a great "base" to do a lot of cool things with. I really want to do a LtCol Kilgore from Apocalypse Now with a surfboard and cavalry hat.

How would these work in reverse- Joe Head on Marvel?
Some (if not most or all) of the Marvel Legends heads connect via a piece that does not remove easily from the body without serious modifications, there is no "barbell connector piece" to remove. In the scenario you described either the donor head or body is either going to have to loose or gain material.

Thanks! I don't have the Crimson Baroness so I couldn't;t give you an accurate answer. If you measure the diameter of ball that inserts into the head I could see if the retro head would fit or if it would need a replacement connector.
Anyone know if u could swap out Falcons horrible mutant face with the unmasked Snake Eyes Head from the Snake eyes movie figure(.the head..)..which looks like no version of Snake eyes ever.....

Yeah me and Danny throw down all the time. Back in grade school we used go to each other's classes and confuse the teachers. Later on in life we'd pull the same stunt with each other's girlfriends...that caused a quite an uproar and a series of paternity tests I'd really rather not talk about.

Dude, that's a great idea! I'm very much into the Vietnam era and it would be very cool to do a tiger stripe top, blue jean bottom, especially since Shipwreck was $15 at Walmart and I got a few. Thanks for the idea!
I don't know if I would call this a "fix" though. Personally I find nothing wrong with the Hasbro head sculpt. He looks like Falcon from the Movie to me. Now he looks like... Sebastian Stan. I don't know. It's not good for sure.
Well I'm glad somebody liked the head that came with the figure...I've got a baggie with about eight of them I'm trying to off-load. If you're a buyer and in the market for Falcon heads lemme know!
