What I Miss Most About Mexico

It's been a year and a half since I was last in Mexico--can you believe it? I can't. I had no idea that 2020 would turn out the way it did, that I would stay away from Mexico for so long. I'm dying to get back for a visit, so I thought I'd sit and chat with you about some of the things I miss most from my year of living in Guanajuato.
