Christophe you have a very cool channel. I find it mesmerizing. I don't know why? I think everybody is curious on some level about the high end L.A. real estate market. I always learn a lot about real estate watching your channel. I doubt I could ever afford one of those places. But it's real interesting just the same. It's obvious you have a lot of knowledge and experience and are very good and passionate about real estate. I just find the videos very fascinating somehow even though most of us can never afford those neighborhoods. Thanks for the videos and the passion and work you put into them. They are really interesting. I always learn something and it is a real glimpse into that market.

You really should make a habit of calling 311 reporting potholes and yes you can file a suit for tires auto damage and cause of accident. L.A. has money for what it wants to do.
6:36 looks like the neighborhood elementary school, you have to have a few screws loose to pay 180 MIL for a place to live, one half of the world doesn't know how the other half lives😉 beautiful ride though cristophe, so maybe you can hook me up with one of these people that pay .25 billion for a home as a personal assistant😎😃and trips to Vegas and substantial gambling allowance and i hate to work more than 4.5 hours a day, extended lunches are ok

Benedict canyon is a pretty wide street and there are relatively few accidents in the area.
