Speaker : Nouman Ali Khan - A bit about him
Nouman Ali Khan is the founder and CEO of Bayyinah. His first exposure to Arabic study was in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he completed his elementary education. He continued Arabic grammar study in Pakistan, where he received a scholarship for ranking among the top 10 scores in the national Arabic studies board examinations in 1993. But his serious training in Arabic began in the United States in 1999 under Dr. Abdus-Samie, founder and formal principal of Quran College, Faisalabad, Pakistan who happened to be touring the US for intensive lectures in Tafsir and Arabic studies. Under Dr. Abdus-Samie, Nouman developed a keen methodical understanding of Arabic grammar. He further benefited from Dr. Abdus-Samie by internalizing his unique teaching methods and later translating his work into English for the benefit of his own students. Nouman served as professor of Arabic at Nassau Community College until ’06 and has taught Modern Standard and Classical Arabic at various venues for nearly 7 years with over 10,000 students nationwide. Currently he has dedicated himself to a seven-year-long project, of conducting a linguistic & literary focus Qur’anic Tafseer series in English. Yasmin Kamil thank you so much sister my name is Yasmin too actually. I was in abroken heart two days ago and today I feel little better. Sometimes I question my self what it is Allaah delay my husband. When i was teenager i was proposed by five men but i wasnt ready whenni grown up i met a french man he rever to islam i paris we would have been have few kids now if Allaah didnt give him blood cancer. I know this sounds like a cliche but focus on the good part of being single at the moment: You can use this time to improve any skills you wish to improve such as learning a new language, or take courses or classes for how to be wealthy, etc. Also, please read again the translation of Surah Al Kahfi about the story between prophet Musa and prophet Khidir. In shaAllah it will bring peace in your 💓
When someone does bad to you and you think :
How come they got away with it and you think Allah is unfair, then in your mind you think Allah is not perfect THATS IS WHEN you need to step back and say SubhanAllah i.e Allah is Perfect and kill the thought.
*Just remember* Allah knows what you dont know and Allahs plans are the best of plans , dont ever doubt that !

Worrying does not take away tomorrow's trouble. It takes today's peace. Always remember, if Allah has written happiness for you, no one can steal that from you, and if he has written for your heart to break then no one can mend it but Allah. So always put your trust in Allah .

Subhanallah...How perfect is Allah since past 3 days I was having questions in my mind about y r things getting so worse I didn't liked those thoughts n whenever such thoughts come in my mind I would feel guilty that I m questioning mercy of Allah, tough I would feel guilty I didn't knew how to respond to these thoughts n then I came across this video...Now I know what to say when such thoughts come in my mind I feels like Allah through this video taught me how to respond such thoughts....Indeed Allah is perfect...Subhanallah
This is so true. I usually would wonder why something is the way it is and get frustrated because i couldn't understand. But I think that's the point. I am a human, i am not meant to understand everything fully. If i did, i wouldn't be a human. Allah's wisdom is beyond ours and it is perfect. We should aim to understand as much as we can but rest just have faith in Allah and his design and plan. There is no way a human or anyone else would know better since we are creations only. The truth is our brain and ability is limited.

Its true what he is saying but its very vert difficult to do if you are suffering from financial loss or emotional turmoil. Its difficult to say subhanallah or alhamdulillah and really mean it or stop thinking about the future if you can only see things getting much worse.

I don't have time to worry about the future. I have enough time to worry about the presence because of problems, punishments, pains, stress, struggle, worries, sadness, frustrations and sadness that happens frequently.
When I speak the truth I face problems.
When I think good I face problems
When I go in the correct path then I face problems.

I ask for rain in our unfortunate city but no rain. For 10 years asking the same dua and nothing happened. 10 years of patience and I have lost it now.
Don’t lose hope or patience, some things take time, sometimes Allah withhelds duas for a better reason. Allah is the best of planners. His is All wise and all Knowing. Also keep your Iman high. Try reading tahajjud. It is an amazing salah and the feeling is just great. Also the dua made at tahajjud time is like an arrow that does not miss its target.

The mess that I got myself in today is because not worrying about the future.
Not worrying about the future is not the same as not taking precautions, you must plan and work hard and rely on Allah.
There is توكَّل tawkul: active reliance/dependance on Allah
And there is تواكل tawaakul: passive dependence.
You can not cross the street without looking both ways and say "I'm relying on God and have faith in his plans" or take a test without studying and say "I'm relying on God and trust that the outcome is the best for me" this is passive reliance.
You must work hard and do your best and tawkul 'ala Allah (active reliance and trust in Allah), so if after doing everything you can and it doesn't work out anyway then you know and have faith that it wasn't the best for you and that Allah has better plans for you as stated in the video.

I'm 14 right now and am trying to do every good deed that I can because I just quit all the bad stuff and few weeks ago and alhumdulillah I'm doing great but my only problem is that I'm worried about The hadith that said "best among you are the ones who read and teach quran". I read quran everyday but I can't teach it right now as I just started reading it. Im worried that I wont be able to teach it in future and that will make me a bad muslim. My cousin has a darsgah where I can teach but I don't think my mom will allow me. Im afraid.

if you did a big mistake which cannot be fixed. when will you do? I am suffering from it right now. actually I am dying inside. whenever I see that mistake I cannot control myself. I performing salah 5 times and make dua to Allah. Still whenever I see that thing I feel tremendous anxiety and frustration. I cannot forget that thing because I have to see it everyday. I don't know what can I do.
