Aqua Therapy for my Spinal Cord Injury

Using aqua therapy in my physical therapy. I am a quadriplegic with a T7 and a C5 incomplete spinal cord injury.
I have found that aqua therapy helps me by decompressing my spine and reducing pain, as well as helps me with moving, stretching, exercise, and promotes blood flow and overall good health by countering the effects of always sitting in my wheelchair.

No my C1 is fine. Life's been real busy, have done some traveling and video recording, just hadn't actually got them uploaded. I plan to start getting videos from the last year uploaded over the next few weeks, Thanks!!

@@TexMexTraveler oh, a Jefferson fracture has to be C1? OK, didn't realize that...I thought just 2 vertebrates were involved. Thank goodness your C1 is fine. Stay safe in your travels. I'm in Canada and this is our first lock down...but let's hope this third wave is the last. This is a lot like the Spanish flu (except it's Chinese in nature) as far as number of waves and time of existance. Yes, aqua therapy helped me immensely as well.
