Hey man what loadboard are you using to find these car hauls? Im wanting to get out of Trucking and pick up a dually and car trailer and do this instead.
You can search in central dispach and many more,,,,, you open your company, you pay insurance and that's it, you are already visible to the "dot" on the street so that they can give you your "tickets" they are not cheap at all and besides the insurance is not cheap And finally, the brokers or dispatchers are used to paying cheap because there are carriers who make the load cheap so as not to go empty......1000 in one day I believe you but how many days did he spend bringing those cars and delivering. ....be careful with that, don't go with the feint that they plow it every day but come see what this business is like 🤣
If you don’t mind me asking…how did you get in with Copart? I’ve sent several applications and still no reply. I’m on the driver app because I’ve picked up Uship loads at Copart before, but can’t seem to get anyone to get back to me regarding moving Copart loads.
Where are you located. Only asking because the one near me will only accept tow trucks to haul strictly for them. Any car haulers with a trailer have to go through central dispatch @toolondeckent1
Well for me I’m good. Dot approved never in my life heard of what you are talking bout. Got inspection 2 times this year and passed both Only time u need a cdl is if u have axles that 4 wheels can go on one so in that case it would be 2 axles but 8 wheels. Laws charges from 23 years ago
To stay local and run the numbers you have been able to turn is not doable in most markets. Port cities are the best for local hauling.

... Who can tell what load board car hauler carriers are using in Canada? Who knows, please advise .... Thanks a lot in advance ....
!!!!
Do you need your CDLs to be a car hauler?
no, as long as you stay under 26,000 pounds, that includes truck, trailer and cargo combined.
@@timphillipsoutdoors924 thanks
youre welcome@@healthyman101
As long as you ain’t in Cali because in Cali it’s as long as your combined weight is 10 k you need class A. I believe
AS LONG AS YOU STAY UNDER 26,100 LBS AND YOUR TRAILER IS UNDER 10,000 LBS. AND IF YOUR TRUCK HAS A PICK UP BED. IF IT HAS NO BED YES YOU NEED A CDL
Do you have bol like in freight hauling that you have to get signed when dropping off or how does that work
Yes
You didn't hear that guy ask for the BOL 😆. Gotta pay attention.
