I truly wish SailGP wouldn't market themselves for the 'excitement' of failures and mistakes. The racing action and strategy is what drew me to SailGP and it really is a poor reflection on the sport for newcomers when you use this for marketing and promotion yet it costs the teams points and penalties when it happens. Be better at keeping the focus on the racing, SailGP, this isn't the way to get new fans invested.
the commentators are so “Anglo-Saxon” that they say the French (at 9min uk have the right of way on french and NZ but french have right of way on NZ) or the Spanish (against canada) are wrong, even if the rules say the opposite ( at least the referee is folowing the rules but hey never correct them self)
It's almost like these boats are too fast and too big to have that many of them racing together in such a tight little course, everything seems a bit too cluttered.
I'm thankful it doesn't happen, but it's amazing there aren't more injuries with these crashes.

Hauptsache die Publicity und Kasse stimmt, nur eine Frage der Zeit bis zum ersten schweren Unfall oder Toten…

Yeah true. I don't think the commentators really knows the rules in competitive sailing
