Agree 100%. Miss the "indie" 90s, which was the actual alternative to "alternative" if you knew were to look for it. So many great bands, great ethic etc.
@@Solfeggio68 ikr? i used to get these fanzine type things that gave a list of bands with a description and they had send away mix tapes for free. the college radio station gave away these little magazines. discovered superchunk and darling buds that way. there are tons of 90s sounding bands today. check out Bee Blackwell for one. bands morphing grunge and shoegaze is happening. VOIID, Margaritas Podridas and Felicity are 3 i like from Mex, AUS and UK.
