how to make ruffled blouse / full detail tutorial/ easy make /beginner friendly/

welcome to craft video tutorial, today's video I made this Ruffled blouse, I will share with you step by step to make this blouse , the patten also very easy ! Just use your own cloth to start with, take the shape you prefer, it will fit well!
☁︎ shoulder pattern
16 x3,5cm → if you're different size , you can measure your shoulder width + 5 cm
for example your shoulder width is 18cm → 18+5=23cm ,so your pattern will be 23x3.5+(2cm seam allowance
