I’ve never had fresh ones only dehydrated from Amazon
I bought the disposable tea bags from Amazon also
The tea bags strain your cut flowers and I also like adding 5-6 dehydrated elderberries or mint leaves to my tea bag also

mint sounds good as an additive.
