@@raleyadventures Ha, absolute nightmare - only realised it hadn’t recorded a couple of days ago 😂😭 Took my cap off during the race to check and everything 🤦🏻♂️ (bet you’re regretting your comment from the other day now 😂 - I promise I was none the wiser at that point!)
Nightmare with the camera problem. I'm forever worrying about whether mine is recording. Great performances in the race though mate. Glad you're back in racing form.
Great running. Glad the comeback is still going to plan and good luck at Standalone this weekend 👍 (that's the only downside I've found to the Go3 - you're never quite certain if it's recording - or worse still, not stopped recording!)
Amazing performance mate! Great to see you back racing. You came back racing a brutal race, all out 5k hurts 😫 pretty awesome if you felt okay aerobic wise and just the legs need to be conditioned again. But from memory you're a very good shorter distance runner 💪. We will get sub 3 oneday man and even if we don't... At least we are still able to do what we love
Thanks Timothy! Ha, yeah 5ks are hard - but then I find 10ks harder and I’m definitely not up to running a half at the mo 😅 Yeah it was decent, although maybe I’m kidding myself about the aerobic bit 😂 Also fair play to my watch - the pace I did was EXACTLY what I needed for a 19:34… but GPS not to be relied on as the distance came out as more than 5k 🤷🏻♂️ And yeah we can only try! How are you getting on?
@@NRG_Runs haha well even if it was somewhat comfortable aerobicly that's awesome news 😊. Garmin Knows what's up 😆 but yeah 10k is terrible too pain of the 5k two times over🥵 I recently ran sub39 which I was super happy with actually. Also a pretty fast mile (for me). But I changed jobs and training hasn't been as consistent as I'd like so getting PBs in both those feels a step in the right direction. In re to sub3 I want to chip away at it and maybe target around sub3:15 or sub3:10 first.
No! I was waiting for my cameo! 😂
So was I! Sorry 😭😭😭
Great running mate, you'll be back in no time, looking forward to actually seeing the next one 😉🤣

@@NRG_Runs haha it's okay, I always have to take my headstrap off like 10 times until I'm satisfied it's on 😂😂

Yeah I’m a little gutted - it was going to be so good! But at least the run went well 😅
Thanks - so great to be back 😊

Thanks Greg, much appreciated 😊
Yes exactly that… I fear it won’t be the last time one way or the other 😂

@@timothytrewin Just watched your 10k and mile videos (off work today)… lovely stuff!
And yeah no point rushing these things… the watch never lies! 😅
@@NRG_Runs oh man appreciate you checking them out 😊 hope you enjoyed them. I'm not arguing with the watch that's for sure 😆
