Hi, i used Hanson's in 2019 for the first time for Manchester, and got the PB i wanted. I love Hanson's and I'm using it again now. I like the simplicity and repetion of it - the progression is really logical and satisfying. And of course, no silly 20 mile long runs!

Yes, the training is going well. I'm doing Manchester again. It's a great PB course, so using that to try for a London Good for Age. I haven’t worn a chest one much, but it does seem pretty accurate and I do find the arm version more comfortable for sure. I think price is probably similar. The importance of strengthening and conditioning for running grew on me as I recovered from my foot injury for thirteen weeks. Now I’m slowly getting faster but more importantly stronger with a stronger inner core S&P is now part of my training. Remember time is a healer but good video

Wow, 13 weeks is a long time, Mark! How did you find it? Glad to hear you’re back out there now 😊 And completely agree - I’ve been doing it for a couple of years now, but definitely not enough. Have to try to view this as a unique opportunity to really focus on the strength/conditioning side, get into good habits, and then reap the benefits when the running fitness returns 👍🏼
