We added Grimes and Marshall for defense! We still got Pj and our two centers Lively and Gafford! Thompson is a good defender not great like he used to be! Why is this narrative being pushed that Dallas will be terrible on the defensive end. Dallas was ranked number one on that end the last 20 games of the season. Derrick Jones Jr was only playing 20 minutes a game! Tim Hardaway was playing 25. And we replaced those two with Marshall and Thompson! At worse are defense will be the same but most likely better. Am I missing something here?
