Very impressive, Jonathan. In March of '73-when I was 24-my friend (a Marine who had just returned from Vietnam) and I did Mt. Marcy. We were totally unprepared, hit white-out snow on summit day and got lost on the way back. It was a life-changing experience and 35+ years later I did Grand Teton, Hood, Rainier and Whitney-but Marcy turned me. Thanks for bring back great memories.
Sooo beautiful! Congratulations and so happy to be a part of you journey over the past many years. You have inspired me to “experience” all that the ADK Mountains have to offer! I can’t thank you enough for the joy you have given me! May God bless you and your efforts! ☦️
Well done, Jonathan. We love watching your videos. Missing the peaks very much and not sure when we will be able to get back up to ADK to hike but your videos are excellent and it’s great to see your work while we are away. Keep up the great work.
I clicked on this video so fast when I saw the notification! With all the negativity in the world right now, this video really brightened my day and made me smile! Thank you Jonathan for your amazing cinematography of these mountains that we all love and cherish!! Keep climbing!!
Jonathan, you have a gift my friend. Thank you so much for sharing that gift with all of us. You are an incredible inspiration to me, though I'm sure I dont just speak for myself when I say that. God bless you always on your journey to greatness in this life
Awesome Amazing Stunning! Small words compared to the incredible footage you captured during your outstanding journey. Well Done!!! I’ll be back when I can...not that far of a drive from Ottawa Canada 🇨🇦 WAY TO GO JONATHAN!!!👊🏼👍🏼
You are extremely talented at such a young age. Thank you for these videos. I’m sure going to miss them, but I understand and know you will need a break . It’s not lost on me how much work and time it takes to make these videos possible :). God bless you as you continue onto your next journey!
Really nice video, man. I also live in the area, and I've been watching some content / reading things about the 46 peak hikes. I'm going to set forth and complete the challenge myself! See you around!
Thanks for doing this Jonathan. It takes me back. The photography was beautiful and inspiring. At age 72 I no longer climb the high peaks but love winter backpacking and climbing the lower summits in the ADK's. West Mountain a couple of weeks ago on a 2-nighter. Thanks again. Bill (5422W)
The entire series was so well done. A perfect mixture of your recording and production talent with the beauty of the mountains! Thanks for sharing the experience.
Awesome, beautiful, brings back some of my best memories. Really missing ADK these past months. You have such great coverage, you could do a full documentary!
This brings back so many emotions and memories. I enjoyed sharing this journey with you very much! Some amazing experiences and I look forward to Making many more in the future. Plus this is definitely the best Adirondack Vlog ever. Both of your journey to a 46er the best out there. They both made me cry like a baby.
just finished my first 5! i live in texas so its a trip everytime. planning on two trips a year to knock out some each time. Really want to do a couple in the winter! these videos keep me pumped.
It's great that you are so passionately dedicated to the beautiful environment of the Adirondack Mountains! Are you also interested in, and intrigued by how they were formed/their geological story?
