Quizzy, here's a fun FYI for you: Gilbert is actually a pretty good cartoon caricature of playwright Tennessee Williams. In fact the entire New Orleans part of the episode including the plantation house, the grieving sisters, and all the sexy shenanigans are a parody of Tennessee Williams' Southern plays. Even the title comes from Williams' "A Streetcar Named Desire." They're speaking actual French by the way! Bill may be a freak but his French is pretty damned good.

Bill had a 2/3 chance, or at least 1/2 with Rose and Lilly, yet unfortunately he didn't get any of them pregnant. Even more tragically in the later seasons its revealed that they died.
Actually only his cousin and aunt died, we don’t know what happened to the two widows he banged or if he even got them pregnant at all
It wasn't confirmed that Rose and/or Lilly died, but his cousin Violetta and his aunt Esme did in fact die.
But it is a shame that Bill didn't get both Rose and Lilly pregnant 🤰 or at least one of them pregnant to save his family name and bloodline from extinction.
