It's an illusion that real estate is passive income. It takes work to market and rent out a property and even more so for reselling properties.
It depends on the property that you invest in..I've been in the rental property market for over a decade and it's been very easy, low maintenance and high returns
I have a condo unit and renting it out for almost 7yrs. Yes its passive pero napakabagal ng ROI. Plus pataas ng pataas ang association dues. Imagine lumang luma na ang condo bago mo pa mabayaran.. Kaya its not a good investment. Now Im selling it below market value dahil sino bang bibili ng condo na mahal at luma na. iinvest ko na lang sa ibang business na may mas malaking passive income. Mas okay padin talaga bumili ng lupa, mas tumataas ang value.

Hi! Unfortunately, this is not currently possible in individual stocks. However, there are mutual funds such as the Philequity Dividend Yield Fund that invested in dividend stocks, and the dividends are reinvested back to the fund.

Mutual Funds do not have lapsing periods or expiry dates. It does not have a strict investing schedule that you must follow. You can invest monthly, quarterly, annually - it all depends on the investor when he/she will invest.
