I think its better to heavy and dash back to build momentum charges than to use two bars of power by using sp1s.
It is slower but it still works

“Slow” DOES NOT bypass “miss”. It affects evade & unstoppable only. Quicksilver “cannot miss” at 300+ momentum in addition to applying slow. This is similar to HT’s heat charges at 10+.

That’s quite a rotation for longer fights 😅 I feel like he‘s just saving the dmg that others usually do for his burst by making no dmg at all with basics and specials

It's a "pause" icon. When the opponent loses a bar of power (from wither debuffs), it pauses all the trauma and wither debuffs for 10 seconds.
