Love this recap so much❤ I also LOVE the fact that you used your own yarn for most of the projects. IMHO, that means that you really love the yarn you dye (color and base). It is a AWESOME when you love what you do and what you produce 😊🎉❤
That was a beautiful journey dear. I loved it all! Please never apologize for using your art. Your colorways and dying are just that, art. We can never be sick of them and hope you know you should be proud. Have an exquisite holiday and break.
😘💖💖💖 Happy Holidays, Samira!
And you, as well! May they be merry and bright@@Voolenvine
I want to make my first sweater start the first of January
I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! I pray 24 is the year I get to order some of your yarn. ❤🖤💜🩵🤎🩶 no. 9 is on my wishlist.
What a year you have had in your makes!! A very interesting and inspiring parade!! Looking forward to seeing what you get up to in 2024!
Loved seeing all of your finishes! I fell down the doily rabbit hole 30 years ago, and it's still my favorite handwork because of the simplicity of thread and hook, and the beauty that is created with just those items. Yes, I knit, spin, sew and quilt, but I always return to my hook and thread.
Thank you, Debra! And right?! Crocheting with such fine thread and a small hook just hits different 😌
Have a great Chrissy and see you next year!
Loved seeing all of your pieces! You are one very busy and creative one!!
You’re so clever and creative! Thanks for all your lovely, inspiring content this year, Kristin and here’s wishing you the happiest of Holidays x
Thank you for a fun and informative year. Have a Blessed Christmas. Your crochet blanket is gorgeous!
Happy holidays and enjoy your break! I love this time of year when we all take some time to unplug and be with those nearest & dearest to us. See you in the new year, enjoy the time away!
Happy holidays!! Yes, holiday resets are so essential 😌💖
Such a fun year!! Love that you did the lime green pillow for Kate’s sofa we all squish on to lol
Thank you so much, Lisa! ::passes down a slice of keylime pie:: 😘
Love all your gorgeous knits! I've really enjoyed your quilting journey this year too! Happy Holidays Kristin 🌿❤️🌿
Thank you! 🥰 Same to you, Rachel!! 💖
I love your colorways and yarn!
Thank you so much! 🥰
Thank you Kristen, very nice episode as usual! I hope you have a great Christmas with the ones you love. Lot's of love from Lisbon ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤!
Ohhh, thank you so much, Paula. Same to you and yours!! 🤗💞
Happy Holidays Krisitn!
Loved the wrap up of 2023. The doilies are the most amazing and I have begun learning to work with the cotton thread for crocheted ornaments. Thanks for all the inspiration!
🤗💖
So fun to look at a year's worth of knitting!
Fingers crossed I end up getting the yarn for the sweater I wanna do for the Epic MAL for Christmas, it was first on my list and I wanna get started on that project
Ooh! I hope you do too. Will keep my fingers crossed for you 🤞🎄🤞
Love the colorwork of your Kismet sweater. Love the neckline of your Easy V sweater. I want to knit a sweater like that. I've got to make an Oslo Hat and No Frills sweater now. Love the color and picot bind off of your Brass & Steel shawl. 🖤
Thanks, Roshelle! I think you'd enjoy knitting all of them 🤗
Love the recap. So moody.
🖤🖤🖤
Good morning 🎅☕️🧶🫶🏾🎄 blessings
Hello, Shettikka! 💞🎄🤗❄
A stunning collection, but I'm surprised it's not including your Tunisian crochet projects?!
Have a happy holidays for you and your family, Kristin!
Thanks so much, Alek! Happy Holidays to you and yours!! Ah, yes... I did cast on two Tunisian crochet projects this year but seem to have lost steam on both 😬 🙈 😂
@@Voolenvine oh, in my mind you was finished a shawl 😅, I guess it's been UFO, but I was remember it as a done.
I couldn’t find the UA-cam channel you mentioned about the crochet doilies, what was the name? Thank you.
I've decided on my challenging mkal. I'm finally going to attempt The Lady Of The Lake pattern by Kaffe Fassett. It was love at first sight but also SOOOO intimidating 🖤
Oh my stars! 🤯 That is so going on my Ravelry queue. I LOVE patterns that combine both knitting and quilting 😻 Come to think of it, I've never knit intarsia before. Intimidating? Maybe. But maybe it's like swimming - at first, the water feels cold but you warm up after a while. You've got this!!! And I may have to join you 😆Also, how cool would that sweater look in two-tone?!
👉 Leaving link to pattern here for anyone interested: www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/lady-of-the-lake-4
@@Voolenvine if I could see better (my eyes are older than me!) I would do 12 shades of black and grey but I'm afraid I'm just picking the different drops soft tweed (I think) 🖤
I need to be hand held with my first sweater so what is the best tutorial and who
I admired your Tineola Shawl when you first showed it. Finally started spinning for it yesterday. 💜
On your NO FRILLS SWEATER, I’m a little confused with the directions. It seems to me that we are to increase at the raglans, on both the right and wrong sides of the fabric. Am I correct, or reading the pattern incorrectly?
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Brenda😊
Happy Holidays, Brenda! Yes, she has you make raglan increases while doing the short row shaping, at the same time, where you will be working back and forth on the RS and WS for several rows. After you're done with the short rows, she has you switch back to knitting in the round, where you'll only be working on the RS. I hope that helps :)
