I have a hub that is the same as that (made by Novatec, like Sunringle hubs), that has an HG hub body and I also want to switch to Microspline. Is that a B2 hub body type? Is that a kit? I imagine that the kit you are using will work perfectly. Where did you buy it? What is the kit called? Thanks!!

I have sram nx cassette can i put a micro spline freehub body on the since it uses an hg freehub body now?i want a 10-50 instead of a 11-50 that the nx line will only go down to.

Nice video, but did u put ur previous cassette back on or a new one that fits onto the micro spline freehub version. I got a SRAM cassette, 12 speed on an HG Shimano freehub, and my question is if it would fit on a micro spline?! Greetings
Hey, I'm not JamestheBikeGuy, but no, it wouldn't fit. You likely have SRAM's NX-level cassette, which is 11-50 tooth I believe, and is designed only to fit HG freehubs. You'd need a Microspline cassette from Shimano to work on a freehub body like he installed here.

Is there such thing as a one-piece Hub and freehub? Because mine absolutely will not come out
There is not, the ratcheting mechanism would require it to be two pieces at a minimum
@@Jamesthebikeguy After a bit more research, I believe what I am running into is the DT Swiss style hub. From what I understand, it needs to be unscrewed internally with a 14 mm hex and not just pulled off.

Be Extremely careful whein reinstalling a 12 speed Shimano cassette. The cogs must be 100% flush to each other before adding the lockring.
