They are literally the same as Baizhu's, so tied to *the* lowest base Def and 10th lowest base Atk (I find it hilarious Hu Tao is still the one with the lowest base Atk in the game), but they do have 12th highest base HP. That said, base Atk doesn't matter at all and base Def (which only matters defensively) is at least compensated with the high HP she wants to build + unless played as dps, she doesn't really have much field time to get hit.
