Your lucky that's all the city charged for lot mowing. Just try some other states. Buying vacant land like you do and for what might be on it. I am surprised you don't get a lot of maintenance charges that would wipe out any profit. Even with the city fee this is a good value for someone that wants to or can live in that area and state.

More NC coming up. CA too but not this cheap this cheap is only in Arkansas.
