i don't know why people find HR uncool , HR is the most amazing persons in the company and their networking skills and communication skills are excellent , the level of satisfaction they get when they give job to unemployment person or low income person , HR is the person who is truly spreading happiness among people by giving offer letters.

FYI: A common misconception is that everyone is considering only HR is the support function of the company. It is so foolish to assume this. Support functions of any company/org is the HR, Finance, IT, Supply chain and logistics, cybersecurity etc and the core functions of org/co. is R & D, Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Operations/Productions, etc. Core functions are those which bring revenue to the org and generate value creation; that is why these careers are viable to most of the people who are interested in these. However, that does not mean that the support functions of the co. and the fields which people choose to pursue such as HR or Supply chain /logistics have no value/growth. These fields are required to support the entire operations of the company to run smoothly. HR is also an evergreen career option just like marketing or any other field. Stop stereotyping such fields due to some memes or any such content. As AI is now into all fields, a human touch or human presence is utmost required and this is where HRs play a crucial role.
Examples were a bit unnecessary. Can you maybe tell what are the salary progressions maybe 5-10 years down the road in hr roles .for reference you can tell about people after graduating from the the colleges you mentioned in your list . It'll be really helpful ☺️
