I've used all of the methods that these guys have, and they're mostly right in their assessment of them, shaving is a lot of work, waxing does hurt, and Nair stinks to high heaven...the difference is, I don't nearly barf at the sight of my own hair. I don't get that. The idea was for the hair to come off and you're surprised to see it? It's not like it was going to just vaporize.

Funny story:
On the day of my 8th grade promotion I realized, I forgot to shave. And so I shaved. What I didn’t know what that I cut my self and my leg was bleeding 😂😂😂
I realized this while I entered the bathroom at school (right before the promotion) because I got nail polish on me (I forgot to paint my left hand...) and I realized the was blood running down my leg... It was great. I was a mess at promotion. Not to mention I burned myself earlier that day too curling my hair
I also almost fell off the stage because of my heels

Nair does burn people, I can't use that shit, it burns the living hell outta my skin. It's some toxic ass chemicals that should be inhaled nor put on the body.
The old one smelled of rotting corpse with a strong chemical after-sniff that you could taste on the back of your tongue for days. The new one is so many times better that it's like a completely different product and it didn't make my dog scream when she got a sniff of it by accident. With the old one I had to get my dog out of the house and made my brother walk her around the neighborhood for half an hour.
When I used the Nair cream I blamed the smell on my dog because I thought he had farted, but then realized that the rotten-egg-ish aroma was indeed coming from my legs.

No shaving is not easier lol it takes more time and you have to worry about cuts. This saves you time, just 10 minutes Max and it lasts longer than shaving
For me, veet's the best. It takes longer than shaving to grow back and it grows back thinner.

just found this video when i was shopping online for something new to try instead of nair and i have never laughed so hard to see men trying this.
I'm a little surprised at how well it worked on y'alls hairy legs.

Have you ever used a chemical hair removal? The hair isn't hair anymore, it becomes gelatinous and gooey. At that point, yeah, it's pretty darn gross.

Guys you should be using a damp cloth that you keep rinsing off in cool water. A dry cloth can be too abrasive together with the chemical hair remover. However that stuff thioglycolic acid is really corrosive to the skin and the stink is sulphur. You should also moisturise with a non perfumed gentle moisturiser afterwards to help protect the 'damaged' skin. Fun video though 😎

as a licensed cosmetologist you should keep it strictly to legs maybe arms. anywhere else due to how thin the skin is and sensitivity of other areas, you risk getting chemical burns. and also my fiance found this out the hard way.
judy taylor Spot testing is a good idea to see how different areas will react and how much time is needed for it to work. Oddly enough can use regular Nair pretty much everywhere without issue, even though I have sensitive skin. Plus it usually works in 6-8 minutes depending on the area - I take it off asap.

@@queenofdarkness3341 - That's definitely not normal. It means you have sensitive skin or even potentially an allergic reaction to the chemicals. I have sensitive skin too, and I always have to do a patch test to see if I react. Certain brands I can't use while others are fine.

I use to use nair on my back as a teen I was very self conscious that if “it finally happened” he would be disgusted with my hairy back Lol 😂 little did I know I use to get a rash. I thought it was normal to be sore (because I never told anyone I was doing it I was embarrassed) so when I finally asked my mom she was like OH MY GOD Amanda. Only time last time I ever used anything but a razor on anything other than my legs and armpits.
