In this video, I interview a man who claims to have seen a dogman in his neighborhood one night along with his brother. He describes the creature as having the ability to climb over objects with ease. The creature was described to have red glowing eyes and a humanoid body. The man describes a moment when the dogman stood up and looked right at them. He claims the lights were off in the house and they were behind the blinds, so it appears the creature was able to sense them very quickly. He claims many dogs were being mutilated during the time of the sighting. The encounter took place roughly 20-25 years ago so the area is much more developed now.
