"Create new Download" button: For anyone else who is aggressively clicking on the button waiting for it to do something, I'd like to inform you that it's not broken. After clicking the button, we have to then click and drag on the canvas area for the dialog box to appear. David did say this, you and I just missed it because we were too busy jumping to click on buttons while the video was playing at 1.5x speed.
Quick note.... Make sure you always draw your line in a consistent manner.. ie: always left to right or right to left (suggest left to right) regardless of where the ctrl connect is. if you render what you have with a SS you'l see the right side going the wrong way. Quick tip.. if you layout more than one model, native or download, click on the icon 2x and you can keep "dropping" them until you checl it again.
I have been building for about a year and now want to start doing things. I have permitract and am 3d printing connectors to put the track up. Having a lot of fun. I found a star prop that I printed on my 3d printer, but I cannot find a model that matches the pixel locations there are a couple that are close. Where do I go to build a model that I can make work in xlights. Thank you for your help.
David, want a partner of fellow employee. I currently live in a rural location of a small town in Washington and want to get someplace warmer like where you are. My son just moved back there as well. My home doesn't get an audience and my community doesn't have a large enough population to create a demand for light guy's/gal's. I have been into lighting and tech since I was very young. Thanks
