This park was home to an indian village during the The Mississippian Period and was a major location in TN for trade. The very first artifacts of TN were discovered at Sellers Farm which are now in Knoxville, TN. The park is also home to indian spirits, mounds, and possibly an elemental who may guard the grounds to this day.
