You can swing a tape tennis ball here’s what you have to do, when taping the ball put a little bit more tape on one side compared to the other this will put more weight on that side resulting in the ball to swing. Try it, it really works well.
@Green7951 the shine has to be on the outside. just look at it like this. the shiny side is the light side, and the rough side is the heavy side. So when you bowl, the ball starts 'falling' or 'swinging' towards the rough side, because its heavier. So, if the rough side is facing the batsman, and the shiny facing outside, it will swing into the right-handed batsman. A bit complicated but you'll get it. Good luck!
