    In today's video, I wanted to share a recipe for the lagman we all love. Of course, each of us does it differently, there are many types: radishes, eggplants, carrots, and sometimes we send. And today's recipe I saw on Baktygul's channel, it is the simplest and most delicious 😉👍👍👍
    Required products:
    Dough:
    Flour 750 gr.
    Salt 1 tsp.
    250-280 g of water.
    Vegetable oil (to lubricate the dough)
    To the liquid:
    Meat 500g.
    1-2 heads of onions
    Tomatoes 1-2 p.
    1 stalk of celery.
    Beijing cabbage 250-300 gr.
    Bulgarian pepper 2-3 pieces
    Vegetable oil 100g.
    Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
    Tomatoes 2 tbsp.
    Depending on the taste of salt, pepper and pepper
    1 bunch of celery from green herbs.
    2-3 cloves of garlic.
    1 tablespoon of starch.
    Stir in the starch and pepper before pouring in the water, then add the water, the starch will thicken the soup a little, and the peppers will not be crushed.
    The water should be about to bury the fried food a little. Once the water boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the celery greens and garlic to the prepared liquid and turn off the heat.
