I want you to know every Sunday as soon as we are home and all is settled from church...I look for your Simple Sunday craft. It’s ALWAYS so wonderful. I love these bookmarks AND the idea of stacking the sweet drawers from yesterday. Now my Sunday is perfect! RedG is snoring softly beside me...your voice is teaching me adorable things. All is well. ☺️
Ha! And then I realised it was cardboard/ crafting-paper :)) I thought it was fabric first. But you gave me inspiration on how to make my own with fabric. Thank you lady!
Thank you for sharing this idea I know that Valentine's Day is a little far away but I will be making these to give for Valentine's Day for my great-grandson's gift to all. Thank you so much and God bless.
These book marks are great for a reading group and I have also made them with appropriate pictures for children for a teacher friend to give to her class. I have a laminating machine so I laminate all of mine.
U come up with fantastic ideas. Wow. U r great. I a hoping when I get my craft room finished, we built on to back of house, I can get moved to create and make junk journals. I lov watching you create and that helps everyone think outside of their box. Lov always. Lin
Great idea to fold scraps in half to make sturdy bookmarks! I have never thought of using scraps for bookmarks, so I’m delighted to see this video! I happen to have a bookmark collection and get joy out of going through them and picking one out to match the latest book I want to read. I will sure have fun with these after I make them! Thank you!
Oh my goodness. I watched your video for the first time yesterday, and I began to make bookmarks by the law. So lovely. Thank you for sharing your talents. Laura
What a very lovely project. I have actually been looking for ways to make some bookmarks as gifts to the ladies in my Family,, and I just love your idea here. VERY WELL DONE!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. Thank you so very much from Patti in New Zealand
Hello Sherri, I only discovered your channel today. I must say, you have great talent. Such imagination. I happen to watch the video you made about rude comments, and I hope that they have stopped. No need for rudeness and you were completely justified in calling them out. Some people have no manners what so ever, or at least not good ones. Keep up the good work. And it looks like your office got a make over. Pretty.
You make this so easy! You are amazing. I have none of these tools but the scissors, thick paper. I make a lot of dried flower cards but not sure how to coat the paper with the flowers so they don’t break. I love your style of bookmarks. I don’t even know who this Crocodile is! 😅
Oh... This is such a good idea...I make cards and bookmarks for organizations.......I like making the corner bookmarks too. Thank you lady for another great video
Hello,Sherry. Super simple Sunday is one of my favorites. My Mama loves to read. Books are a favorite gift item for her. She would love to receive a bookmark with her next book.
Hello. I came across your video, and I'm pleased I found what I needed. I saved this video in my favorites. Thank you for this easy peasy video 📹 🙏 ❤️ 💕 💖 ♥️ 📹
Love everything about your videos including that some of them are short enough to watch during my lunch break! Glad you included corner rounding without a gadget and would be thrilled to see a video devoted to creating a polished look without other gadgets….like how to get the hole punched eyelet without a cropadial or just the hole alone (since most people at least have a hole puncher.)
Those bookmarks are beautiful. I plan on making these as thank you’s to go along with my online sales items. Thanks for this idea and great instructions.
I love to make book marks. I just wish I could use the Cropadial.....I purchased one and a bunch of eyelets and found out I can't squeeze it hard enough to crimp the eyelets. All a waste of $$ for me. I love the idea of folding over the scrap. I usually mount it on White card stock or reuse cards that have a plain side. Thanks for all your creative ideas. I have used many in my card making. Have a Blessed day.
What a fabulous idea! My daughter is an avid reader si I think I will make her an advent calendar with bookmarks. Thank you so much for sharing this idea.
I think these are great 👍🏻. I can use them to mark some of my favorite recipes in my recipe books. Love them Sherry, thanks for sharing. Have a blessed and safe day.
Thank you so much Ms. Sherry for this video. I have been wanting an idea for making bookmarks!!! You never let me down...and I can get rid of some scraps!!!...
Hi Sherry! I was binge watching you today, you make the most beautiful paper crafts. I wanted to mention that I had seen people who use 3D dry embossing folders in Die cutting machines prevent the paper from cracking by lightly misting the paper with water. I thought this might also work when folding the papers on your projects too. Thank you for sharing with us!
Yes! Super simple and such an easy way to "bash that scrap stash!" I'll be watching your Sunday show from now on. Didnt know it was a thing. Thank you so much for sharing your gift with us!
That's so funny. I have started making bookmarks out of all my scrap chip board. These past few months... It is such a good way to use up those smaller pieces. ☺️☺️☺️ Especially since I use cereal box chipboard and it's thinner ( you don't have to double it up)
Super sweet and super simple. And of course, done in the Posh way. I'm a big reader and will make some for myself and also to gift. No matter the length of your tutorials, Sherry, you make everything look very elegant. Thanks! Karen in Marshfield, MO.
I made some bookmarks from scraps a few months ago, but I never thought at the time about laminating them. I used card between each piece of paper to make them thicker. What a great idea laminating them to help keep them for longer and protect them. 🥰 I think I will be laminating the next ones. 😁
Sherry, I would love to see what you could do with empty tissue boxes. I think some of them have interesting patterns on the outside. Thanks for another great video!
I'm commenting even before I view this vid. I'm so happy to see you are posting a vid on using the scraps from another project. Many people say to save your scraps, but what to do with them? I never know! TYFS. I'm really looking forward to this vid! Have a wonderful day
Ha a book whatever might that be lol 😆....Love these and somehow I feel like the way you distressed the stickers it gave it a 3d look 🤔....Almost like a chipboard sticker....that might just be me lol 🙃....Ty!...
I came across your channel yesterday and I am soOo happy I did! What I've seen so far is so awesome and easy! You made me want to run to the dollar tree at 3am! Lol. Look forward to watching all of the great videos you have!

Miss Sherry. I did a set of the drawer boxes for my tea lights (and stacked them)...my mom really loved them so I want to make her some also...I always 👍so I can go back, however I can not find that video...can you please let me which one it is...tysvm 🥰🥰
So lovely😍Nexr month, I have been tasked with the project for our paper crafting club. The request started with place cards, like for a formal(ish) Thanksgiving dinner...but the practical me wanted those place cards not to be 'one-hit wonders'. This is a marvelous idea and the timing couldn't be better! Sherry, the universe works in mysterious ways.😉Thank you so much for all your tutorials...so inspiring!❤🌞

I need to make several of these for myself. I'm often reading two or three books at a time.
I have decorative scissors that have a half type of circle pattern... I use that for a corner rounder. :)
Excellent idea! Ty
I still love the feel of a real book. Turning those pages is so comforting! I love making bookmarks!
I totally agree!
