Simple Bulky Sweater - back collar

We are knitting the first half of the collar. This half goes on the back. We are transferring inward, knitting a turn around row, and then transferring outward. it's only 8 rows, turn, 8 rows.
Then we fold over, and knit 2 rows of knitting.
We then hang the back of the sweater over the needles and secure them together. Looks cool.
