⁠2 tbsp veg oil
⁠2 butter cubes
⁠1 tsp Jeera
⁠1/2 tsp hing
⁠3 medium size onion, chopped
⁠3-4 tomatoes, paste
⁠8-10 garlic cloves, paste
⁠1 small piece ginger, paste
⁠2 green chillies, paste
⁠1 handful fresh coriander leaves, paste
⁠1/2 tsp turmeric powder
⁠1 tsp red chilli powder
⁠1/4 tsp black pepper powder
⁠1 tsp chicken masala
⁠1 tbsp kasoori methi
⁠1/4 tsp garam masala powder
