I suffer deeply with the aftermath of Covid 19. From my teeth to my stomach to my bowels/ lungs/ heart.. 😞. I'm constantly having to run tests that are quite frankly scary at times. I tried to go for a walk a couple months ago and my legs swelled up so bad that i was admitted for a series of physical and cardiac tests. Sometimes you wish you could go back to being yourself, before the illness but sadly it doesn't happen. I have also suffered hair loss, flaking of the nails, difficulty swallowing, foggy brain, sensitive to loud sound, teeth chipping in half, muscle pain and breathlessness just waking in the house.
@@nancylong8237 I am so sorry to hear this. Are you also tapering or off a benzo? It’s so hard to have suffering health I understand. I hope that things can improve soon. Have you tried any neural retraining?
