So communion makes us right with God or draws us closer? I though the Grace and the blood took care of that.

Communing with God and taking Communion (communing) as remembrance of God is different yet goes hand in hand.
Communing with God is spending time with Him on an intimate level, getting to know Him, learning of His ways, Hearing His voice, obeying His word, fellowship with Him and we do this so that we will be able to take on the mind of Christ and become Hoy which also draws us closer to Him. This is an act of us showing Him that we acknowledge that His body was broken and His Blood was shed so that we can be free from sin, and not perish but have eternal life just as we do with taking communion. Now Taking Communion is symbolizing (some may even say a ritual, but according to 1 Corinthians 11 it says as often as you do this, do this in remembrance of me) that once again we are remembering the fact that His body was broken and His Blood was shed. and in reading the passage you will understand why it is important to examine yourself before taking communion.
According to the word of God We are saved by grace.
We are washed by His Blood.

Perhaps what you are referring to is feeling close to God. Emotionally connected to God. Both spiritual and emotional connection, right?
Satan is on earth and he is tempting us in our weakest time. He wants you to believe he's in hell and a long way away, but it's his breath you feel on your neck!

Where does it say in the Bible that Satan is in hell or was in? Scripture please. 3:52 as Tony Evans states. The Bible says that he roams the earth to and fro seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8; Job 1:7; He was thrown down to earth Rev 12:9-10.

Dr. & Pastor Evans, I truely thank you for the words. What do you mean by this, "so that HIS Saterday will become your Sunday". Please help. Does it has something to do with the Sabbath is no longer Saturday and since He rose on Sunday, we observe Sunday instead?
Jesus could not have died on a Friday if he spent 3 days and 3 NIGHTS in the grave. There are things we all dont get right.
Where dis the Bible ever mention 3 nights. A day b4 God is counted by the sunrise not your Roman Monday Tuesday Wednesday sir. "Every sunrise is a new day" Psalm

Jesus set in the upper room and break bread with His Disciples to demonstrate what The Tearing of His body would be like in eating his flesh, the drinking of the wine is representation of His Blood he spilled or shed for us on the Cross. We do it in remembrance of Him. 1 Corithians 11:23-32 🍷 🍞 📖 ➕
Salvation is necessary for salvation, and we can only be saved through Jesus. He is the 𝑜𝓃𝓁𝓎 way.
We cannot partake of communion unworthily. We must be saved by the blood of the Lamb, Jesus.

Ok...from FRUDAY TO SUNDAY DON'T ADD UP TO 3 DAYS. Or 3 Night....MATTHEW 12:40.....SOMEBODY EXPLAIN THIS. TO US..I CAN COUNT
Not to discredit any of the rest of this teaching, but only that "good Friday" is a Roman Catholic Church confusion that continues until this day in Protestant churches. Christ was killed on Passover, a Wednesday in 31 a.d., with the high day being Thursday, the women were able to buy and prepare spices on Friday and then wait until after the weekly, seventh-day Sabbath. After the Sabbath, the women arrived at the tomb on the first day of the week, Sunday.
Jesus did nothing halfway. Genesis 1 says the evening and the morning were a day! Friday to Sunday morning is a day and a half at best. Jesus died during Jewish time, not our current time. The time started at sunset for a new day. We have been taught wrong all these years. Jesus actually died on Wednesday and was buried before the sabbath, which was the high and Holy Sabbath or the day of preparation (Thursday) during passover, the regular sabbath is still Friday at sunset until Saturday at sunset a full day! Friday to Sunday is not 3 days, and Jesus never lied. He said it would be like Jonah 3 days and 3 nights. It's not Pastor Evans fault, that's what he and all of us were taught and it is wrong!
