We used to just slide the swivel on the lead over a tail rubber until it gripped cast out when the fish shook its head the lead just slid up the line
The weight retainer clip looks interesting, however you elude to not adding carp tax, but the price of them tells a different story! I will take a miss on these.

Years ago I got our lass to squirt in a tub . I always had the tub in my bag with me and I I used to dip my sweetcorn and boilie hookbaits in it before casting out ... Never caught as many carp

Will this work with rig tubing as most of the waters I fish have rules with no leaders ... tubing only.

The modern carp scene is a joke. Keep your venues secret & tape off your brand names on your kit.
There's nothing here that's going to catch you more fish. Nothing you cant do with parts in the your tackle box already. I can do this exact principle with 1 bead costing less than 10p. Any rig where the lead can slide up and down the line can only be used in barren weed and snag free venues. The last thing you want is playing a carp via a pivot point. If you don't understand that dropping a lead, particularly heavy leads, the moment the hook is set you really shouldn't be talking to others about carp fishing.
The tackle trade is saturated with tackle and bait companies and there’s only so much room in tackle shops to stock yet another player on the market.
I wish these guys the best, but the video shows nothing new.
I've seen you before making moronic statements like this, if you are catching carp where a 3oz lead acts as a pivot point you shouldn't be talking to others about carp fishing.
