Hi!! I just finished making this with my 2 skein of scrap yarn. I think the bottom 3 picot detail is so cute! it looks like a ruffle on the bottom. Though I only did less than 11inches still turned out cute like a mini skirt. Thank you for this. I love your patterns

Yes it’s a little see through because of the yarn and stitches. You can use half double or single crochet with a smaller hook to close up the gaps a bit more. I wore shorts under the skirt 😊
