Our first bikepacking hammock camp - hope you guys enjoy the video! If there are any other bikers and hammock campers, or just hammock campers, feel free to critique the pitch 😅
Hey, nice vid! I'm about to introduce my other half to a hammock this weekend so using the DD XL tarp to cover us both. Try lying at an angle diagonally in your hammock for a flatter lay & less pressure on your calves & look for about a 45degree angle in your suspension system.
Hi guys, just the video I've been clamouring for - so desperate to get my hammock out for another night. Last time, in spring I had a foam SIM and no underquilt - it was warm on my back but a real pain to keep in one place, so now I've got an underquilt which is overdue a test. Thanks for the fab content.
Hey Paul. Do you think the knee pain will be helped with an underquilt? I also had some pain in one knee so will test out some options to fix. Happy hanging!
great video! just subscribed! where is this beautiful forest!? would love to camp there with my girlfriend in our new BA bikepacking tent! cant wait for more content guys!
Hey guys, I just found you on the internet while looking for sustainably vegan sleeping bag options. Thank you so much for the content you provide, I’m gonna watch/read through everything right now, because honestly - I was completely lost since deciding I want to veganize my gear 💚

Hey Daniel, thanks for subbing! What model did you go for? Haven't had the chance to test out any Big Agnes products but heard great things.
Great but why do you not get a two person hammock
Definitely a potential future purchase. Do you use a double hammock?
Looks a great spot! Is it down south?
It's just near Thetford forest in the East. So much nice woodland nearby!
@@joshandsarahride Ive camped in Thetford before, looked a bit familiar the way the trees are in rows
@@lakota_stu lots of good spots and some nice cycling too!
Thanks guys for a great video.. good hammock and tarp advice.. look forward to your Peak district adventures ⛰️🌲🍄
Thanks Eileen. We're excited too! Just on the way to the train station in a minute 😁
You seem to have a lot more gear than what you could carry on your bikes??????
Haha, deceptively packed ;)
Just set the hammocks one above the other SLIGHTLY using the same tree’s, then tarp!!!!!!!!!!!!
How did the camp go? What hammocks/tarp are you using?
