No shame. I’m a metal head who owns all three of Aqua’s full lengths. This is a dream come true.
I used to roll the Vegas strip, in a Cadillac bumpin aqua on my subs. The reactions were priceless.
I used to do security for them, just before they got really famous - it was great fun, and what made it even funnier, Rene and I look a bit like each other. I’m taller and bigger, but the resemblance were high enough to fool people who didn’t know either of us personally unfortunately Lene could tell the difference, but she did sometimes act (in fun), as she couldn’t!
Good times - and a lot of fun!
Years later, but glad to know I'm not the only one. People don't understand when my favorite band is Anthrax and my second is Aqua.
The guy playing candyman should get Oscar for that acting.

Been a huge fan of metal and punk for most of my life. My sister had Aqua's first two albums, and I loved them - shamefully of course.
It's how metalheads rebel. I grew up on Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden, so OF COURSE I had to get Aqua, if for no other reason than to annoy my parents. Turns out no shame involved though, that shit was awesome.
She can growl, she can do soprano, she can dance, she has black hair, she is gorgeous and beautiful...

This was amazing! I got chills listening to this like, almost the whole way through... Your melody is haunting, and your vocals are more than on par. I think Aqua would be proud to have this cover, well done.

Kind of working in reverse chronological order with ROL - I started when Martyna joined. I must say, this rendition of a mindless party pop song was freaking amazing and the visuals were very entertaining! I once attempted to drown out despair and depression with this sort of music and I actually still think I have the album this song is from on CD! Turns out metal is way more cathartic, but this was both a blast from the past and just better than the original, to be plain.
I know exactly what you mean. I also suffer from depression. without metal I don't know where I would be right now. it is extremely cathartic. there have been studies done on music in general and these people who call themselves experts say that people who listen to heavy metal are more laid-back and their mood is better in general.

One of the best metal song I've heard for a long time... And I listen to all kind of metal, be it death, black, melodic and so on for more than 20 years now (Ranging from Marduk, CoF, Cannibal Corpse, Behemoth and the likes to... Nightwish). Props to you guys, I came here thanks to your cover of Amon Amarth's masterpiece "Twillight Of The ThunderGod". Am I the only one to catch that Jonathan sounds really like Ronny Thorsen in his trail of tears years ? Keep up the good work, you have definitely a future in music.
