Compared to Raid, in this game speed only grants you order in which the units take turns, meaning there is no overlapping, so the most optimal way to gear is not necessarilly to go for the highest speed you can get. That being said, there still are benefits when going before your opponent

apex is the free leggo everyone gets currently. butcher you get free from progression and also yazid from abyss. Thanks skratch we need some CC input so people can play here more as a lot of us love CC content. Their discord is good but its not the same. Speed thrusters are NOT needed in this game like RAID or most other gachas for example - high yes but not needed as you cant attack 2 for 1 etc - its only your place in the speed queue each round.
