MaasyaaAllah, thank you so much Ella!! Been looking for this kind of method, so grateful that I've found your video! Thanks a lot! Currently working on a project in which I should make an extra large flower pot... I struggle with the mainstream circle pattern, but you save me!! So glad, thank you thank you thank youuu
@marianahristova10 & Ella. Thank you so much for the detailed instructions and video. Super helpful for new crocheter like me. Can I do double crotchet using the above calculations too? Follow up - managed to do a big round table cover following Ella’s method. Total is 65 rounds using only single crotchet. Make a few miscalculations but managed to “correct” them by adding or subtracting the last few stitches. It’s a very forgiving pattern, so don’t stress so much once you get the hang of doing it. The important thing is to get the number of stitches correct in each rounds so the patterns remains round and doesn’t curled. Using stitch markers to help you mark is also very helpful in the counting especially when it gets bigger.
Thank you for making this video! I didn't know about the pattern/rule thingy before, this was really helpful! (Edit: "Thanks" into ^^^ the longer version lmao)
Do these rules apply with any stitch you would want to make the circle with? The rules you showed towards the end were super helpful, it’s amazing how it works out like that! And I love that you were having to join anything so you weren’t getting that diagonal line.
안녕하세요, 대단히 감사합니다! This pattern really work out for me, I been trying to make circles but always end up hexagonal and/or not flat. Thank you, keep up the good work! 😊👍
I'm trying really hard to understand this rule but im so confused. Could you help me to understand it better? Or is there a website or another utube video that would help me? I need a bigger circle I'm stuck at row 12 thank you
Hi Ella , that is very interesting, and I like it a lot !!!!! Do you have a written pattern with the explanations of the even and odd Rows . Please .💕 thank you so very much. Doing a slip stitch at the end of row is not something that I do and I want to unlearn my way and do yours .
Come on Ella!!!!!!!!!!! please write down the Sequence of the rows for us on row 5-7-9 etc……….these are the staggered rows so you don’t get that hexagon shape……….we would really appreciate it…..
Music is not letting me hear you talk! Also I can't understand your symbols when you write so fast while those high pitched sounds are louder than you which is difficult to follow.
@@marianahristova10 thank you but your instructions for all the odd rounds are not correct. For example, let's take row 5. (1 sc, 1 inc, 2 sc) x 6. The brackets are not used correctly. The brackets should contain the repeat. In your version it seems you must work 1 sc, then an increase, then 2 sc and repeat - making 5 scs between the increases. That's wrong and is very confusing for inexperienced crocheters. The whole post is confusing. The actual video is correct but the little labels are not written properly and unless you're an experienced crocheter this won't be helpful.
@@janedemoratti8981 If you are Ella Crochet and that is your pattern, I want to thank you for it! I have dreamed of a perfect circle - large, flat and no lines! And it’s the first time I see exactly this. For me this is one of the greatest crochet patterns ever. So, congratulations and thank you again, very much thank you. I am sorry if I did wrong instructions. I checked it again and what I have written for row 5, row 7… is exactly the same, as on your video so I can’t see my mistake, but anyway I am sorry and excuse me. My english is not that good and may be that is the reason of my wrong instrucition. Be happy, you talented crocheter.
@@marianahristova10tyvm for this….I need 60 sts, so now I can write down each of the rows for me to follow with your clear instructions….tytyty. Perfect I just did it..Thank you so much..I will appreciate if you make a video with change color to come smooth the change..❤

It doesn’t make sense. I’m never getting the amount of stitches she has.
Would be better if she didn’t speed up the video
