Being a Gujarati you are not aware of Parsi cusine.This so called "Ghuto" is a twisted version of Traditional Parsi dish Dhanshak. People of Kathiawad have a habit of replacing the names just like Dahi ni Tikhari n now Ghuto.😂😂
