This has definitely been an important life changing invention for the people who are the rural workers!! What an amazing outcome for such an ingenious machine!
I love human-powered stuff and have always wished to be a specialist on such machines but don't have the money it would take to do all those experiments.
That's great! But... it took her a year to pay for it? :/ I feel bad, most of us watching this could've bought it for her in probably one day of work if not less.
wandererstraining , you are correct. And you can help if you wish. Maya-pedal.org. A small gift goes right to work with some very good people, keeping families together. Thanks for you comment and consideration.
This is what we should do in rich countries, instead of trying to create more electricity with so called green energy, with we can all agree isn’t really that green, when it comes to making machines that create electricity made from exotic materials that are mined using petrol power, and it destroys the environment when mining it. Plus manual power means free exorcist for us fat rich people, no need to pay for an expensive fitness program.
Spicy Brain ? Look up negativity. You got it wrong. Tortillas cost 5 cents. This is not how economies work. They're doomed. They need flush toilets and electricity. This is slavery. Which is negative.
Progress starts with cooperation and unions against gangs and organized crime. If people make their living under this harsh social and economical conditions by hard work god bless them. If you live in a better society and bitch about people doing manual labor you are such a douche.
