That is mad impressive that you were able to get pressure washing and couch flipping in one video! As someone who has done couch flipping full-time, I can definitely say you can make big money with that. I’ve made 7k profit a month working about 20-25 hours a week.
It's all region dependent though, isn't it? If you live in a market where there's no supply, I feel like you're toast. I've seen a lot of people *say* they're doing well with it but haven't seen a whole ton of proof or system.

I started a power washing company exactly how you started in this video. At its peak we were doing 60-70k a month. It can be done, but the real hustle is in marketing and finding good employees.

@@JT-wq1gv My advice: Work a 9-5 job and do the washing as a side hustle. If it blows up, you can eventually leave your job and do it full time. It’s a great way to make extra money on the wknds until then.

I do pressure washing and window cleaning. It's the best job, but like you said it's exhausting. Getting a flow of customers is def the hardest part. Trying to figure out better marketing, I'm starting to do some UA-cam work like some of the satisfying video guys. It's also a continuing education, there is always more to learn to do it the best possible way!
