What a great trainer you have! I really like how she talks you through and explains things.
I know it’s hard to open yourself up to keyboard warriors but it would be great to see more raw footage from your lesson!
She’s brilliant! I try to include a mix of some explained and some music as I know I have a split of what people like to watch but I would like to film some lessons in detail as their own video in future
