I love blue during Red's rant in the first call. Just says he watches coder and doesn't care either way then proceeds to ask for a response to Reload. What a chad.
Why do people think leaving the moment a judge comes in gets them out of punishment? They can clearly see all the logs and your name all you did was not see what happens to your account
The "are you a mind reader" thing is no joke, because this happens way too much in real life in very serious matters, so many people just confidently assume they know the intentions of others without sufficient evidence And that leads to so many bad things in the long run, I always tell people to never fully assume someone's intention, just say it's a possibility and move on
As someone in the specter, I have come to realise that "normal people" are actually mind readers (and expect others to be). The fact that work-related conversations advanced when I said I was not a mind reader is sad.
That's why the law has separate offenses for negligent and intentional crimes Intent can never truly be discerned but you can use evidence to try to "prove" intent
@@KopperNeoman You sound like you have not even considered the possibility that you may be wrong. I don’t mind if you conclude that you’re probably right, but you should at least consider the possibility that you may be wrong.
@epicfail Legit had someone do that, use Super Poly in response to my Judgment because they use Epidemic Virus and called spell so they know its a trap. well for graceful charity or DP this happens a lot like extravagance vs ash blossom it's an irrepairable gamestate but if it happened right there it's fixable besides I drop the ash sometimes when they search the deck considering i said think waited 3 seconds to declare ash blossom yet they searching their deck already please leave like 2-3-minute response time people have gotten better but some duelists are too quick to combo then they say you activated the card too late or some excuse to keep playing.
@@kevinmorad2563 I agree that there is something to be said about keeping the deck in its order but with an exodia deck it definitely makes sense to force him to shuffle
Guys I know it's a bit off topic but I have a pretty specific ruling question to ask: what happens if my opponent triggers the effect of a Mirrorjade while it's banished, but before the end phase I summon a Yuki-Onna the absolute zero Mayakashi, which has the continuous effect of negating all of my opponent's banished monsters effects? Does the effect of Mirrorjade resolve since it was triggered before Yuki Onna hit the field or does it get negated?
If u don’t mind me asking why would they shuffle the cards I though procedure for illegally draw cards was reveal then place on top of deck in correct order
Judge question… at locals yesterday I had evilswarm ophion on the field and he normal summoned fallen of albaz and tried to use the fusion effect. Doesn’t Ophion stop him from even being able to use his effect?
The only legal target he could summon in that scenario is Mudragon of the Swamp, assuming you had a non-Dragon DARK in the field alongside Ophion, so unless that was the case it was illegal to activate that at all.
If he has a legal target to summon from the Extra Deck from the effect of Fallen of Albaz under Evilswarm Ophion (Meaning a level 4 or lower fusion) then he can legally activate it and resolve it properly. So it honestly depends on how he built his ED.
Yugioh is such a weird game. Like imagine playing chess, you move a piece in an illegal way(either accidentally or intentionally, doesn’t matter), and your opponent doesn’t realize it in the moment. The game proceeds for a bit but then your opponent finally noticed the misplaced piece, and both players get faulted for it. I feel like this kind of logic would be so weird applied to any other game or sport but Yugioh.
Judges aren't always available during every play of every match, so both players are obligated to maintain proper gamestate themselves. Disincentivizing either player from keeping continuous track of their opponent's plays would not be ideal when a dispute occurs.
@@deproissant I know but like, I’m trying to apply it in different games and sports and it just feels weird. Idk maybe it’s cause like you said most other games have judges being able to watch at all times and so this thing doesn’t happen anywhere else.
That's pretty normal for most CCGs. Both players are expected to maintain the game state, and if you don't both players get hit with judge damage. Usually the one who did the oops will get it worse than their opponent, but it is expected both players manage it.
Pffft... Yu-Gi-Oh players don't read. Just today, I won 3 games because people didn't read. I'm actually not even joking about that part. Playing Master Duel, their stuff got destroyed, then they left. It's just ridiculous.
WTF this editing. Im trying to read the logs and stuff people say but every literal 5 seconds it snaps back to his face. I like quick cuts too but come on man
JUDGE! He's CHEATING. I have the millennium eye. I knew exactly what he was doing!
The funniest part is that if he knew for certain then he's cheating himself
MoonKnight is a moron. I dueled him before on there, I beat him senseless with Dark Magician. Then again I heavily dislike Distant Cooter too.
This joke is so next level. A no honor among theives type beat. Good stuff.
So you knew he was cheating by cheating yourself?
Appeal!

Hulk Hogan.
